In Italian cuisine the vegetables are often marinated to help enhance the flavour of the vegetable by either extracting the natural flavour of the product, or by providing an additional taste, found in the herbs and spices, to create an even more succulent product. Our line of marinated vegetabels are imported from Italy and are available in 5.5lbs and 6.6 lbs pails.
