This unique table olive is large in size, approximately 10-16g and is recognized by its large oval shape. Its flesh is dense and fibrous, harder than any other olive with a particular taste. Sometimes referred to as Bella di Cerignola, this fruit is cultivated in the Cerignola region of Northern Puglia. A milder and meaty taste makes them a satisfying appetizer and an impressive addition to any antipasto. These olives can be served with meats or fresh cheeses.
